Thank you for all the kind messages and support this week. We lost them both far too young and these few days will always be tough I guess. I feel privileged to call them my mum and dad and lucky to have had them in my life.
Well this was an aim. Seems the diet and exercise thing does work. Who knew.
No bike today after managing to cycle over 31 miles yesterday with my commute and cycling to and from meetings. Fitness levels are up!
